Background:
Chris Juergensen was born in New York. He has studied to a high level and is a well known clinician, session and studio player. He has also taught guitar for six years at the Musicians Institute in Los Angeles along side with Paul Gilbert, Scott Henderson and Joe Diorio. He left the Musiciand Institute to become the Director of Education at Tokyo School of Music in Japan where he is currently based.
He plays anything from Bebop, Jazz, Samba to Latin. This is clearly demonstrated on his latest CD, "Prospects".
