Background:
Jeremy Barnes is another Australian super shedder. He didn't start to play guitar until the age 15, but he set a goal for himself to
"to take technique and musicality on his instrument to the ultimate level".
After leaving school, he moved to Sydney to play in several progressive metal bands. These inspired him to executing music of a higher complexity. His style now reflects his eclectic mix of influences from progressive metal to rock, funk, jazz, blues and country.

Eventually he left Australia to move to LA where he won a number of guitar competitions, ran clinics and played in the fusion band "Iksentrik". Jeremy then returned to Australia, becoming a session guitarist and side man for numerous well known acts including "The Screaming Jets". In addition he kept working with his own fusion band. During this time he recorded his first full length solo album 'ON' which is an amalgamation of fusion and rock.

For a more complete bio check out his web site. You can also listen to some mp3's and review his latest discography. Then if your impressed you can buy his latest CD, "ON" via paypal
