Jake Reichbart: nine string heaven

Like Scott Lerner Jake Reichbart has had most of his time taken up with a new addtion to the family.

Background:
Jake was born in Goteborg, Sweden in 1964. He has lived in Winnipeg, Tel Aviv and Amsterdam before finally settling in Michigan in 1991.

Jake has enrolled in the Rimon School of Music, Tel Aviv 1985-1987, where attended seminars by the likes of: Pat Metheny, Chick Corea, Larry Coryell, Thijs Van Leerand Joe Pass.

In 1989, Jake Joined Thijs Van Leer, leader of legendary Dutch band "Focus", to perform with him in Holland.

In 1991, Jake moved to the US to continue the study and performance of jazz guitar. He won the 1992 WEMU Jazz Competition and the Emily Remler Guitar Scholarship Award.
