Background:
Carl Roa stated guitar at the age of 15. His focus on guitar lead him to attended Berklee College of Music. After two years at Berklee, Carl went to the University of Miami to study music composition after gaining a music scholarship.
After graduation Carl signed with Cane Records with the band Treehouse. The bands debut cd was partially funded by one of Carl's all time guitar heroes Pat Metheny.
Carl moved to New York with the Magic Elf band. Carl also became a producer and engineer for Magic Elf and other bands.
