GOAD-ED, the band featuring guitarist Tracy G, has had the release date of its new CD, "To Die Is Gain", pushed back slightly to late January/early February. The CD, which features Ray Luzier on drums, Larry Bones on bass and Jason Witte on vocals, was mixed by Joe Floyd at Silver Cloud Studios and was mastered by Bernie Becker in Pasadena, California.

Tracy G provides a new 30-minute audio interview at The Musician's Voice.

Tracy G's band Goaded is scheduled to release its new album this month. The group's debut CD, which features Ray Luzier on drums, Larry Bones on bass and Jason Witte on vocals, was mixed by Joe Floyd at Silver Cloud Studios and was mastered by Bernie Becker in Pasadena, California.

TheRighttoRock.com has has issued its latest podcast (episode #28), featuring ex-DIO and current GOADED guitarist Tracy G. Tracy discusses his latest solo CD, "Grijalva", as well as the GOADED project. The interview last approximately 45 minutes.

18-08-2007:
TRACY G Preparing To Mix GOADED CD , The GOADED tunes are almost ready for mixing drums by Ray Luzier, guitar by Tracy G, bass by Larry Bones and Jason Witte is almost done tracking all the vocals in his studio in Arizona. In September mixing starts. The band hope to shoot a video.

In other news, EPIC, not named after this is a new band featuring Tracy G, has lined up the following dates in January:

Jan. 18 2007 - The Gig - Hollywood, CA

EPIC recently posted the video for its song "Strange Blessings". The clip was shot on July 29 in Burbank, California at Center Stage. The track comes off the band's 13-song CD, "Metaphor", the musical direction on which has been described by Tracy as "hard rock with a heavy blues edge."

Background:
Tracy G was born in California. Tracy originally wanted to play drums, but decided to play guitar so that he could play in his father's band which he did do at the age of thirteen. Some early musical influences include: Jeff Beck, Carlos Santana, Richie Blackmore, Jimmy Hendrix, and Jimmy Page.

Tracy joined drummer Vinny Appice, bassist Jimmy Bain, and Ronnie James Dio in the legendary band 'DIO'. Tracy has also released many solo CD's. For the list of what is available check out his discography and online store
