Background:
Scott McGill has been playing guitar for over twenty years. He attained a BM in Jazz Performance/Composition from Temple University. Scott also studied with Dennis Sandole, who taught John Coltrane, Pat Martino, and James Moody.

His first trio, The Hand Farm, was formed in 1991 released their first album "The Hand Farm". Then in 1996, Scott joined the progressive rock/fusion outfit Finneus Gauge, co-writing two albums with the band.

Scott's released his second album,"Ripe" in 1999. Morerecently his band has included more notable players of Michael Manring and drummer Vic Stevens. The band released "Controlled by Radar" in 2002.
