Background:
Scott Kroeker got his first guitar at age 14 and has been playing the guitar for over 16 years. His early influences were bands like Metallica, Megadeth, AC/DC and Guns 'n' Roses. As his guitar playing developed he started broadening his listening to artists like Dream Theater, Joe Satriani, Soilwork and Sevendust.
He originally palyed a six string guitar but moved to a 7 string Ibanez on 1998. He formed a band with Mike Neufeld called Sound Rage and supported acts like Judast Priest, Helix, RATT, Warrant, Fire House, Noise Therapy, L.A. Guns, and Jackyl.
He began work one asolo CD, Fata Morgana in 2005 and intends it to be differnet to a run of the mill shred album.
