Fans of the 1980's guitar driven AOR band Icon may have some very shocking and disappointing news! Dan Wexler guitarist for Icon was bitten by a brown recluse spider!
He is undergoing medical attention at this time and we hope he will have a speedy recovery? The Icon show for June 8th 2008 will more than likely be postponed until a later date, due to this life-threatening incident.
We will keep everyone up-to-date on Dan's condition and let you know when the tour dates finally start in the United States and elsewhere in the world. Thanks for your understanding and support always! Tell your friends and spread the word about Icon reuniting!

Finally, Epicenter Multimedia announces the forthcoming release of Icon-1984; Live Bootleg for the first time on DVD. Originally released on VHS in 1999 through Epilogue Entertainment, this single camera shot concert is the only known document of an entire performance by the original band consisting of Stephen Clifford, Dan Wexler, John Aquilino, Tracy Wallach and Pat Dixon.
As an added bonus, a brand new interview with Dan Wexler and John Aquilino filmed in May 2008 is included to round out this release.
Filmed during their first tour, the concert features songs from their debut album as well as songs from the yet to be recorded "Night of the Crime" record and a few songs that to this date have yet to be released.
