Background:
Rod has been a full time musician for over a decade and is endorsed by Gibson Guitars and Dunlop Guitar Accessories. He currently performs 3-5 nights a week throughout the north eastern United States.

Along with performing, he also keeps busy in his home studio. His original compositions, as well as his production and arrangement skills, have been used by The United Way, The United States Census Bureau, local cable programming and most recently, featured in the film Butterflies in the Wind. He has also done session work for many musicians, including Craig MacGregor, former bassist for the ‘70’s platinum selling band Foghat.

His song writing abilities have gained the interest of artists from Sony and Motown Records as well as labels in Canada and Australia. Rod has been described as, "One of the most talented songwriters in the area" by Berks Alive and "A local legend, a brilliant guitarist as well as a fine songwriter" by the Reading Eagle.

Influences include: Randy Rhoads, Van Halen, Jimi Hendrix, Jimmy Page, Yes, Rush, Steely Dan, Elliot Randall, Denny Dias, Jeff Baxter, Kansas, Cheap Trick, Aerosmith, Brian May, UFO, Uriah Heep, Jason Becker, Uli Roth, Eric Johnson, Allan Holdsworth, Greg Howe, Frank Gambale, Mozart, Paganini, John Coltrane, Beatles, Steve Vai, Joe Satriani, Vinnie Moore, John Petrucci, Paul Gilbert etc.
