Gianluca Ferro says: It has been a very intense year, had a lot of gigs, playing with Andy Timmons, Paul Gilbert and Mattias IA Eklundh... a blasting experience!
Last week we finished the recordings of the "Strings 24" debut CD... It's a guitar trio project with Frank Caruso and Stefano Sebo Xotta, thank to this I got an endorsement with Ibanez and Line 6 ! We have some clinics scheduled in Italy between September and December 2008!

Gianluca Ferro is currently working on his next solo album during the summer academy break, he's recorded almost 25 songs and now have to choose which should be included and record the last takes!
Gianluca Ferro is also working on the second "Heart of Sun" album with a new singer and new drummer!!! ... if you want anything done, ask a busy person!
Finally in June Strings24 opened for Paul Gilbert at the Guitar Day show. The event included Mattias IA Eklundh,Jose De Castro, William Stravato, William Dotto, Alex Stornello and Tony De Gruttola... any one get a video?
ON JUNE WE OPENED FOR GILBERT AT "GUITAR DAY"... A GREAT EVENT WITH ABOUT 20 GUITARIST (WOW) AMONG WHICH JOSE' DE CATSRO, MATTIAS AKLUND, WILLIAM STRAVATO, WILLIAM DOTTO, ALEX STRORNELLO, TONY DE GRUTTOLA AND MANY MORE... WE HAD A GREAT TIME !
