Abstract logix have Andreas Oberg, My Favorite Guitars (CD/DVD)

Andreas Oberg (acoustic guitar, electric guitar); Kuno Schmid (piano, keyboards); Marian Petrescu, Tamir Hendelman (piano); Kevin Axt (bass instrument); Vic Stevens (drums, percussion).

This brilliant young guitarist hails from Stockholm, Sweden. The Los Angeles Times reports “at 28, he has already mastered everything from bebop to bossa nova, from swing to gypsy and fusion. His playing is at times an astonishing display of virtuosity.” He has impressed listeners around the world with his energy, swing and technique. For his US debut he pays tribute to the great guitarists who have influenced him like George Benson, Pat Martino, Toninho Horta and Pat Metheny. This is a radio-friendly, listener-friendly record sure to create a major buzz. He has toured across the US with various Django Festivals.
