News: Street Musician gets a new lick of paint

Welcome to Street Musician

Dedicated to helping you become an all round better musician and guitarist.

Street Musician recently celebrated it’s first birthday in July and over the last few months has gone from strength to strength hitting the Top 20 guitar blogs across the planet after only 9 months on the scene.

The main aim of this site is to give a helping hand to any of you out there are trying to achieve new goals regarding your music. Whether it’s simply getting out of the house and playing in front of a few mates, taking on the world as a solo artist or just a getting few ideas to improve your singing, Street Musician aims to cover it all.

The site is growing in size and popularity every day and we’ve only really touched the surface so far. Over the next year there’s going to be loads more to come as I’ll be posting loads of tutorials, articles and videos (when I get round to it) to get you playing some of the greatest songs from the likes of Pink Floyd, Radiohead, Pearl Jam, Metallica, David Gray, Chilli’s, Coldplay, Green Day, Nirvana, Oasis and just about everyone else I can think of. Keep a look out cause I’m going to be covering just about every song in my gig list over the next few months.

Divide

Recently we’ve also started selling some amazing handmade professional instruments created by the skilled artisans and luthiers of Bolivia. The site features some really cool Andean instruments like flutes, charangos and classical guitars which have all been personally selected and chosen by members of my own family high in the mountains of the Andes.

With articles on playing, performing, singing, busking, gigging, web tips, health, humour, music and the Top 100 there is something here for everyone, what ever your levels of commitment.

This site is purely my own work and so will take time to achieve it’s full potential, so please be patient. If you are looking for some advice and can’t find it, then drop me a line at the address given on my contact page and I’ll see what I can do.

Would you like to contribute to this site ?
