This tune is a Medley of several other songs by The Nick Scott Band... Sort of. It's more of a vibe catching song put into one. Shred to the max because it's being submitted into several Guitar Competitions!

Milan Polak says:
I am pleased to announce that my new album "Murphy's Law" entered the guitar9 charts straight at no. 1
Murphy`s Law (CD)
After two instrumental releases Milan Polak released his first vocal album "Straight" in 2007. Now two years on, Murphy's Law is the perfect extension of its predecessor with a more modern sound, heavier, less bluesy, more guitar (e.g. the title track), more progressive (e.g. "Sheeple", "The Mystery Of Life"), more choirs and backing vocals (e.g. "Inner Truth") and even some Oriental sounds (e.g. "No God", "Inner Truth") and a great representation of an artist that is delivering music true to his soul and ideals in life. Murphy's Law is an accessible album full of strong vocal hooks, great guitar work and mature song writing from one of Europe's most in demand session musicians who is now forging his own fan base. Lyrically the album deals with social issues, mass media manipulation and other issues of modern day life (e.g. "Wannabes", "Alien Nation", "Sheeple") being the main overriding factor influencing Milan's work. (Electric (Heavy)/Hard Rock), total running time, 46:04

PG's Chris Burgess is On Location in Nashville, TN, for Summer NAMM '09 where he visits the GlassTones booth. At first glimpse, these guitars have a shimmering attribute not seen on most guitars -- a highly-tempered silica based compound (e.g., glass) that works as the guitar's fretboard. This patented technology is described to eliminate interference from other inferior materials, such as metal, and purifying the vibration of the string. The resulting sound is clear, pure, and bold with increased sustain. Other appointments of GlassTones guitars include maple necks, Sperzel tuners, various Lindy Fralin pickups and Gotoh bridges.

...did some guitar clinics overseas, may and june...loved every minute of it.
hung out with cool people who showed actual interest in music rather than this tiresome world of vapid real and pretend celebrities out here in LA...
been working on the soundtrack for a movie that's a co-production between italy and spain...
back in LA now to finish my next solo album after "late nights at desert rimrock"...
looking forward to getting outta here once again in september/october for some more euro gigs...counting the minutes.
call me a generic wimp but i've been loving "magnificent" by U2 since i first heard it in some dubious location in italy...it's just that fucking powerful...the vibe, the execution, the melody, the structure etc...sometime one just has to admit that good shit can potentially come from any source...the rest of the album is lame but that song is a statement and a half...
talk soon you freaks...
Tragic news, as he was just 45 years old. I saw Marcel Jacob for the first time back in 1985 with Yngwie Malmsteen's Rising Force and their first UK date. He was a phenomenal player. Condolences to family and friends.
Jeff Scott Soto says:
"It is with deep regret and remorse I, along with fellow members of TALISMAN, am announcing our brother, longtime colleague and overall greatest musician we've ever played with, Marcel Jacob, is no longer with us as of today, Tuesday July 21, 2009. Marcel took his own life after many years of personal and health issues he was battling.http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Marcel_Jacob
"We were mere days from starting what would have been our eighth TALISMAN studio album together, celebrating the 20 year anniversary of the band. I spoke with him just yesterday about finalizing the details that would get us started only to get the news this afternoon that my friend merely gave up on it all.
"I want him to be remembered as everything I have already mentioned above but more so, he helped influence so many musicians and songwriters. He was a quiet, gentle soul with a very intense passion for his craft. I have been associated with him since 1994 but it was when we started TALISMAN is when he truly became a brother, one of my dearest friends.
"It is far too early to say anything now but I plan to organize a memorial for his legacy, although not known by the masses, the ones who do see him as the genius I know he was.
"R.I.P. my friend, you will be sorely missed, you will be in my heart forever and I'll see you on the other side... I hope now you will get your dream and jam with Phil Lynott!!"
