News: Guitar Player’s Guitar Superstar 2010 competition date extended

If you’re beating yourself to a pulp because you just missed entering the fabulous Guitar Player’s Guitar Superstar 2010 competition, stop swinging those fists! The GP staff has extended the submission deadline until midnight on Saturday, July 31, 2010.

So log on to www.guitarplayer.com/superstar2010 right now, check out your fellow competitors, review the rules, and start filming that brilliant home video of yourself burning like the sun on your favorite guitar.

Hopefully, we’ll see you at the live concert finals on September 18, 2010 in Livermore, California. Tentative judges (subject to scheduling) for the big event include Elliot Easton (Cars), Reeves Gabrels (David Bowie), Brendon Small (Dethklok), and Scott Henderson, with more surprises to come.
