Joe Hisaishi: Spirited Away

One for Shred Moogle...
The first time I heard this piece of music I was absolutely floored. It's from a scene in a Japanese animated film by Hayao Miyazaki called Spirited Away. I am a big movie nut and it's also one of my favorite films.

The original music is played on piano, so transcribing this for guitar was challenging but lots of fun. I always wanted to figure out how to play it.

Enjoy! See you in the other world...

Garrett Peters: Lee Peterson's "Win A Guitar"

My Entry for Lee Peterson's "Win A Guitar" Contest

I wanna say thank you to Mr. Peterson for putting up this contest, I love the backing track. I liked it so much I wished it was longer!

A few things I wanna mention about my entry. My guitar is in D standard tuning. And as some of you may notice I added a distorted rhythm guitar track. I really felt that it helped make my entry a little more original and more melodic.

If you like this video please add, rate, and subscribe. Im gonna have a lot more stuff coming soon.

Jacqueline Mannering: over 1000 ratings for Marco Sfogli's shred this too

Jacqueline Mannering view count continues to build... already significantly more that the competition video with 43,267 views as I type... more interesting is that there is over 1000 ratings and 500+ comments too! Not sure what this equates too, but it show Jacqueline Mannering has captured a YouTube Zeitgeist of some sort. The great thing from my point of you is that Jacqueline Mannering is putting in the time with her playing and is getting better with each video. Now if I get Shred Junior to work more on the guitar... In terms of shred this, I also have to thank Jacqueline Mannering as her video has "First referral from related video - Shred This Too entry Jacqueline Mannering" count of 916!!! So TIS thanks Jacqueline Mannering for her support!
