Litrally driving back from a gig, stopped a few times to get fuel and food, going well below the speed limit, no sign of anything, then suddenly a horrid burning smell, my girlfriend needed a slash, and i thought it would be best to pull over, got out the car, popped the bonnet, flames everywhere, so we just ran and got the fire service out, they sent 3 fire trucks, 2 police cars, 2 medic cars and an ambulance. We are ok, and are lucky to have got away with it, if i hadnt pulled over it might have been a diffrent story. full photo gallery
The 8 survived, no damage apart from a few minor scorches, stayed perfectly in tune
