Due to Jaden moving around a fair bit, the guitar parts themselves were alright, but the backing track suffered horrors, and so it was used as background music in sync with the vid to compensate for the dropouts by my friend Monty, who also was kind enough to make an intro so I am not stuck with the horrors of default spacers! :D
This was the opening track to my Monkeyfest set, and Toolshed followed (you can see it at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WxkIONecd_Y ). This was a weekend of pure unadulterated fun and I'm proud to have been a part of the first ever Monkeyfest! :)
Many thanks to Jaden for shooting the vid and to Monty for the stellar editing work!
Even though the first section didn't make it to camera, Benni was a star and managed to record the whole thing from there and send it to me. Many thanks!
This is the very first gig featuring this guitar, which I received the day before, a lovely Jaden Rose maple pack - Jaden was a star, as always. :)
This was the very first live presentation of my solo work and I do hope you enjoy it in spite of obvious camera mic limitations.

Thanks to everyone for their continuous support for a humble hired gun with many weird ideas on the guitar! :)
Don't forget to check the awesome Benni and his wicked chops at:

"TH1RT3EN" is the title of Megadeth's new album, tentatively due in November via Roadrunner Records. The CD was recorded at MEGADETH mainman Dave Mustaine's Vic's Garage studio in San Marcos, California with producer Johnny K (full name: John Karkazis), who has previously worked with DISTURBED, SEVENDUST, MACHINE HEAD and STAIND, among others. The artwork will once again be created by artist John Lorenzi, who was responsible for the artwork on the last two MEGADETH studio albums, 2007's "United Abominations" and 2009's "Endgame", as well as the band's 2007 box set, "Warchest".
"We have some sad news to share. [Guitarist] Alex Bois and PERIPHERY have decided to part ways. This is truly a sad day for PERIPHERY, because Alex has been with us since the beginning, and he is like a brother to us. We're going to do everything we can to make the most out of this unfortunate situation, and soldier on like we always have in the past when faced with setbacks. In regards to all of our upcoming shows and tours, worry not! We will have special guest artists filling in for Alex, so our touring plans will not be changing whatsoever. Throughout all of this, we really appreciate your support and understanding." more
