Volos Competition, answering some questions that several people asked
FAQ for PARTICIPANTS
1) What time do we have to be there if we are participating?
The competition starts at 14.00 with the soundcheck. Performances will start at 15.00
2) Do we need to bring own own guitar/amps/effects etc?
Bring your guitar and a cable - amplification & effects are provided by Line6
3) Can we use a backing track?
YES!!!! Definitely use a backing track - bring it in MP3 format a USB stick or even a CDR
4) I like playing but do not like Competing. CAn i play?
YES!!!! YOu can perfomr at the 2nd part of the Competition , where people will play without competing against each other - just to get the feedback of the judges on their playing.
FAQ for NON- PARTICIPANTS/ Viewers
1) What time should we show up if we are NOT participating and are just there to see the competition?
I suggest you come at 15.00
2) Is there an entrance cost to watch?
Nope- it is totally FREE :-)
