Rockschool: 2012 syllabus for guitar, bass and drums,

Following the launch of their ground breaking 2012 syllabus for guitar, bass and drums, Rockschool are proud to present two free workshops with Rockschool Chief Examiner Noam Lederman & Publishing Manager James Uings at Chamberlain Music in Haslemere, Surrey on Saturday 22nd of September.

The workshops are open to both students and teachers and will see Noam and James running through the Syllabus in its entirety, demonstrating its new features and benefits to students. These high energy, innovative and interactive workshops, will give you the opportunity to get to grips with some of the jaw-dropping tracks on the new syllabus and listen to them played live. The open format will be ideal to get some great tips and advice on practicing, learning and teaching the new syllabus, with plenty of opportunities to ask questions and meet Noam and James. Copies of the new syllabus books will also be available to purchase at a special discount.

Noam Lederman is a professional session drummer who has worked with Corinne Bailey Rae, State of Bengal, Mark Hill, Trevor Horn and many more. James Uings is a guitar teacher with over fifteen years’ experience and ex-editor of Total Guitar and regular contributor to Computer Music magazine.

The two workshops are at Chamberlain Music, Haslemere, Surrey, GU27 1HN, which run from 12.30pm to 2.30pm and 3.00pm to 5.00pm.
