In this very rare interview, Holdsworth talks in detail about the early part of his career, an area which is not covered in much detail in other interviews. For example, there are details on the recording of the album "Igginbottom's Wrench" from 1969. As mentioned in the beginning of the article, it also has a more general scope than the majority of Holdsworth stories, which tend to be published in guitar magazines.
