A bit of Alex Skolnick's guitar clinic at the ESP Guitars room, Jan. 22, 2015, at the Anaheim convention center during the 2015 NAMM Show. This was after he was asked about his jazz influences and how he balances those with his metal tendencies. I had a moment to ask him how the late, great, guitarist Tommy Bolin fit in to that jazz/rock formula.
