The winner of the 2016 Baltic Sea Guitar Festival Bartek Weglinski performs an original piece of mine called Tower Of Funk. Great young player with a bright future! Congratulations Bartek!
Baltic Sea Electric Guitar Festival Winner Bartek Weglinski Performs Tower Of Funk
Yngwie Malmsteen threw his guitar across the stage, and the stage hands guy failed to catch the guitar. I carefully watched frame by frame, and it definitely landed on the headstock. That was easily a 7 or 8 foot vertical drop. OUCH! Yngwie has thrown his guitars around thousands of times, and he's even broken guitars on purpose before. This definitely wasn't on purpose. These kinds of falls usually cause a cracked neck which is a major repair job. I took this video at the Royal Oak in Detroit May 2, 2016 with the Generation Axe tour.

Check out In The Style Of Bireli Lagrene lesson series:
Biréli Lagrène plays an improvised solo piece. This is from volume 6 of the lesson series. In this lesson, Bireli improvises 16 pieces on the spot to showcase his different influences when it comes to solo guitar.
Biréli Lagrène is a French guitarist and bassist. He came to prominence in the 1980s for his Django Reinhardt-influenced style on the guitar, as well as for being a jazz fusion virtuoso on the electric guitar. He often performs within the swing, jazz fusion and post-bop mediums.

My new leaner, meaner pedalboard, featuring the (best ever) SP Compressor from Xotic, the ever-so-awesomely hooked up ferociousness of the Boneshaker Distortion and Obscura Delay from my dudes at DigiTech, one of the coolest analog delays in the Waza Craft version of the DM-2 from Boss Effects Pedals and the unreal, almost impossibly great sounding Topanga Spring Reverb fromCatalinbread Effects. This board can (and will) conquer anything!
