The ALS Awareness Ice Bucket Challenge!

Thanks to Keaton Botelho I was nominated (publicly peer pressured) to tip a bucket of freezing water/ice over my head - all in the name of raising awareness of the evil disease ALS.

This challenge was made even more rock n rock thanks to the ice bucket of legends King's X - taken from the dressing room of their gig last night.
