Canned Heat Walter has enjoyed playing his emotional brand of fired-up, hardcore guitar heavy music, writing and recording his own songs for over 20 years as a solo artist. Founding member of Blues Traveler,John Popper, heads back to camp for the second time to jam on harmonica with the campers and show them that blues soul. Keyboardist for Eric Clapton's Blues/Rock band Derek and the Dominos, Bobby Whitlock will be joining the session with CoCo Carmel to give campers insight on how he came to write hits like, "Tell the Truth," "Why Does Love Got to Be so Sad?" and so many more. This four-day camp session invites blues lovers to follow the progression of the genre that started as a soulful play on the harmonica and slowly transformed into a mélange of a sound influenced by Credence Clearwater Revival, The Doors and The Rolling Stones. As with every Rock 'n' Roll Fantasy Camp, this special assembly offers the rare chance to jam out to any type of southern rock and blues music, pay homage to the classics and star in your own band.
Rock star counselors participating in this thrilling camp include Gary Hoey, Denny Seiwell, Teddy Andreadis and so many more. This once-in-a-lifetime experience provides the rare opportunity for anyone passionate about the blues to explore their own inner talent with the help and direction of musicians they've always admired.

You'll spend four days rehearsing with the band, jamming with over legendary rock stars, professionally recording your very own song and performing live on the Crossroads Stage at the House of Blues inside the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino. And before you can say "guitar solo", you will be singing the blues and wanting more. Space is limited so sign up now
