A first for "truthinshredding", we have just passed the 4000 visits mark and 7,500 page views. So a big thanks for those who have found this resource interesting. Also a bigger thanks to those guitarists who have dedicated there lives to great playing and have provided their resources on the Internet. Don't forget to email me or respond with comments. A bit sneaky really to add this to these two guys web page, but hey!

Double Heart news is that there working on a follow up to the critically acclaimed "Human Nature' s Fight" and Shawn Lane "Hard case" cover from Tribute "Shawn Lane Remembered Vol.2". Look for it in the 3rd or 4th quarter this financial year.

Background: Vincent Fabre
Vincent Fabre Started playing music at the age of 12, but not guitar ,drums. He played in the quaintly titled trash metal Band "Crapping Death".

In 1990 he met French über shredder "Cyril Achard". He also met respected guitarist Patrice Quilichini, who was leter to be the mixing engineer for the double heart project releases. He went to study at the Aix Provence Conservatory for 4 years with his main teacher, Alain Genre. He also studied at the "Tama Paiste" Drums School with Patrick Oanhian and also the Jazz School "CPMA" in Marseille.

He began to play guitar to expand his musical knowledge. He was taught by "Gerard Sumian" and at that time he met his partner in crime "Franck Ribiere". Some of Vincent's influences include: "Cyril Achard", Jason Becker, Marty Friedman, Steve Vai, Jeff Beck, Slash, and Richie Kotzen.
