Background
David like his twin brother Dennis was born in Stockholm, Sweden. He started playing guitar at the age of nine. He shared his guitar with his brother Dennis. His first main influence was Yngwie Malmsteen. He also got inspiration from players like Tony Macalpine, Marcel Coenen and Vinnie Moore.

He has had private lessons for three years and intends to attend MIT in Hollywood later this year, 2005.

Some of the other guitarists that have inspired David include:
Paul Gilbert, Eric Johnson, Joe Satriani, Steve Vai, Chris Brooks, John Petrucci, Magnus Olsson, Pontus Norgren, Frank Gambale, Michael Angelo, Jocke Marsh and Scott Henderson.
