Background:
Richard Banister was born in 1977 the USA and is based in Malvern, Pennsylvania. Rich is one half of a pairing bringing new guitar music to the masses in the origianl band, Divided Sky.
Divided Sky began in 1999 in a basement in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania as an experiment in progressive rock and quickly grew into a full fledged obsession. The band feature progressive heavy, melodic, intricate and often just plain bizarre musical interplay. Like the Borg they intend to:
Absorb.
Accept.
Embrace.
