Kosta Vreto will be part of the Lace Music Products family promo team for the 2008 Music Messe in Frankfurt. Kosta Vreto will be appearing on the Lace stand to perform on Friday 14 and Saturday 15 March 2008 (Stand 4.2 B17). Make sure you come along.....and take your video recorder ;o)

I've been lucky enough to catch some samples from the upcoming CD which is sounding hot. While you wait and if your in the local then Kosta Vreto's band Horizon's End can be seen live each weekend playing hot, cool classic rock,hard-rock, metal covers every Friday and Saturday at the Cult live stage at Ladadika, Thessaloniki!! Also December, 14 2007 Horizon’s End will perform as special guest with Epica at Ydrogeios, Thessaloniki.

Kosta Vreto is back again with some more cool video. The new CD is looking good and so are he two new new videos that Kosta posted during the recent blog downtime. The videos hi light Kosta Vreto's incredible finger picking technique. Using fingers only to play super smooth arpeggios. Let me know what you think!

Some great news for guitar fans, Kosta Vreto has revealed some news about his upcoming album. The release date is set for the third quarter 2007, hopefully December, ready for your Christmas stocking! The CD will feature a number of special guests including:

Kosta Vreto's new album will be called "Skin On Strings". The Instrumental album is set to be released in November 2006.

20-08-2006:
Kosta Vreto will be releasing his first solo album sometime in November 2006.

Interesting news for Greek fans. Theodore Zirras, Alex Flouros and Kosta Vreto are looking to put together some live shows in late October 2006...like a Greek G3!! The plan is to start with a few shows in Athens and Thessaloniki.

Also Kosta Vreto has been posting videos on YouTube...which was nice...

Background:
Kosta Vreto is from Greece. He has played in all kinds of band from thrash, heavy, blues and Greek rock. In 1998 he auditioned and won a place in the group Vavel. He found this to be a really good learning experience. Then in 2001, Kosta and Pavlos Xatzisimeonidis, the keyboard player of Vavel, created a progressive metal group called Concerto Conservatorium On The Rocks. The group represented Greece in the 10th Bienale of young artists from Europe and the Mediterranean. In 2003 he joined Horizon's End.
