Recorded Steve Vai's' "The Mothership" studio. The CD also features guest players, Frank Gambale, Scott Henderson, Joey Heredia and Linda MacDonald.

The good news is that her new CD "Electric Fuzz" is finished recording and mixing and was completed in Steve Vai's studio in Los Angeles! THE CD should be released in March 2007 and features Frank Gambale, Scott Henderson, Joey Heredia and Linda MacDonald. In the meantime some video from GoogleTube and some samples

Background:
Carina Alfie was born in Argentina. Carina releasedg her first solo CD "Aislamiento" in 1996. to rave reviews in South American music press, she followed it up with two music videos, "Aislamiento" and "Vinka".
In March 1997 she was invited to play on stage with Steve Vai's during the tour of Argentina. She has also performed in South America with Paul Gilbert.
In September 2000, Carina returned to Los Angeles for three months of performances and time in Steve Vai's studio recording her new CD also with Linda McDonald of the all-girl rock band Phantom Blue recording a tribute for Jason Becker.
Her 3rd and 4th CD's were released on Steve Vais favoured Nations label and included a guest appearance from Jennifer Batten.
