Background:
Isaac Negrene id from Natal-RN, Brazil. He is one of a swathe of players I have found in South America. Despite starting guiar studies a little late, Isaac is consider one of the most technical guitarists from his city.

He studied Harmony and Improvisation at the Federal University of Rio Grande of the North. He has devoted himself entirely to the instrument for the last eight years.

Isaac Negrene participated in Master Class with Paul Gilbert, Toninho Horta, Kiko Laurel, Eduardo Ardanuy. He has also played in workshows with Kiko Loureiro and with Rafael Bittencourt.

Today he is one of the most requested teachers, giving workshops. His influences are Frank Gambale, Scott Henderson, Pat Metheny, Joe pass, Greg Howe, Charlie Hunter, Joe Diorio, Richie Kotzen, Steve goes, Helio Delmiro and Toninho Horta. Today also with his band instrumental Dr. Freak which is the style Jazz Fusion taking their training a quartet formed by Isaac Negrene (Guitar), Ismael Miranda (Bass), Gaspar Rignus (Keyboards) and Inaldo Her Penha (drums) since 2003, the band has participated in various events in the city of Natal. For the second time this year joining Cascavel Jazz Festival.
