Shane Gibson Memorial Fund Established
Family, friends, and former bandmates have established a scholarship fund in memory of Korn’s touring guitar player Shane Gibson ’03.
A native of Houma, Louisiana (raised in Fort Walton Beach, Florida), Gibson graduated as a music therapy major and joined Korn as a touring guitar player, accompanying the seminal nu metal band on national and international tours. Gibson was also a member of [Korn lead singer] Jonathan Davis's solo project.
