In 1996 I went to ProSound in Denver on Evans and bought the new Roland VS-880. The next day I hopped in my car and drove to Las Vegas and handed Adrian the box. I told him to create some songs I can listen to while driving because I loved his jams that were influenced by Surfing with the Alien and other feel good instrumentals. He took the VS-880, the world's first true digital audio workstation and delivered 15 new songs that were some his greatest songs ever! DVN8SHN is a song that has always been in my Adrian Top 10.
