In 1987 I was a student at Musicians Institute and would record various open counseling sessions. On this day I was fortunate to record unknown guitarist upcoming "Racer X" guitarist Paul Gilbert (Racer X, MR. BIG). On this day he was talking about modes and the Mixolydian scale....cassette source
