Bill Hall: Yngwie In Alcatrazz.

Shred Guitar In The 80s! In this episode I look at Yngwie Malmsteen and the studio outtakes from the No Parole From Rock and Roll sessions with Alcatrazz.. I also give a guitar lesson on the relationship between the harmonic minor scale and diminished arpeggios. The emergence of Eddie Van Halen, Randy Rhoads and Yngwie Malmsteen in the 1980s ushered in a movement of amazing technical hard rock guitarists like Paul Gilbert, Vinnie Moore, Tony Macalpine, Greg Howe, Akira Takasaki George Lynch and Warren DeMartini.
