Yvette Young: building up a section vertically with layers

Aside from touring with Covet, I have been composing 3 movements on guitar to be performed with a string ensemble. A lot of the piece revolves around dynamically and vertically developing a motif- here’s an excerpt on guitar that I build on with layers of violin and bass! Can’t wait to hear it with proper upright bass, violas, and cello 🥹🙏
