AI upscale, workflow -- The original video is over saturated and there currently does not seem to be a way to enhance the colour via AI, as far as I am aware. So the process is to use Topaz video AI take the original and use 4K upscale of the output. Take the output, where file size is large and reduce size in Vegas. At this time Vegas is used for colour balance, brightness contrast and colour palette adjustment, minor sound enhancement. So overall this video was processed two times to get the final output. Topaz video AI is continually updated and continues to improve. Vegas says that it has AI upscale features, and image stabilisation, but I have yet to test these.
