Did you have a webstore where you were selling tabs of things you didn’t write? Did it contain Jack’s stuff? Did you beg him to not sue you? And that you’d never do it again?

“Inspired by” is not credit. I’m inspired by a lot of things, I don’t copy though. For the 20% of your audience that even saw that, they didn’t know that “inspired by” meant “this is a note for note cover” did they? That’s why people are so shocked. No one saw those A/B clips and said “well yeah, I already knew this”

And how about the people you didn’t credit at all? Like Tom Quayle? Or the screenshots of you blocking a guy on instagram when he pointed out you stole his thing and didn’t credit him?

Claiming you credit people isn’t plausible deniability man. You’ve built a career on a thing and essentially none of your fans know it. It wasn’t an accident. It was a pattern.

He tricked us too. When we started our new line of guitars a few years back, we reached out to Giacomo (because we liked "his..." style) and sent him a €1599 guitar to test in return for some content. If he liked it, we could discuss a long-term deal. But we never made it far...
He made 1 video and never used it again. Asked for a minimum of 600$ to do another video with it. Then when we wanted the guitar back, since he hadn't used it in more than a year, he claimed that the deal was to keep it for that one video (30 seconds for €1599?)... After he started threatening us with his manager, we started to believe he had sold the guitar - and the story of the other builder confirms this.
