I didn’t want to dwell too much on the phenomenon of the past month — the fake guitarist Giacomo Turra, who actually used my piece Sailors at least twice. I even praised him, despite the fact that he barely credited me in his video. Everyone on his pages assumed it was his original composition and praised him for it — and he never corrected anyone, just enjoyed the praise... 🙂🎭 At the time, I had no idea that not only my track, but pretty much everything he showcased on social media wasn’t something he could actually play. And as it turned out, there was much more he had to answer for. But hey — anyone who tempts fate that much will eventually hit a hard wall. ⚠️🎢☠️ In the end, I can only thank dear Giacomo ✌️🙂 — because thanks to him, I got to jam virtually again with ‪@CharlesBerthoud‬ after a few years, and even in such a wonderful and truly inspiring group of musicians. Thank you — it’s an honor for me. 🙏🎸🌟🤟🏿
