Biography
Alex Hutchings is a world-renowned British guitarist and composer based out of Bristol, England. Celebrated for his fluid legato, complex chord voicings, and mastery across jazz fusion, rock, and blues, he has built an international reputation as both a solo performer and a high-profile collaborator. Beyond his extensive session and theater work—including holding the lead guitar chair in the hit West End show Thriller – Live—Hutchings toured globally as the lead guitarist for Steven Wilson on the To the Bone world tour. He is also widely recognized as a global product demonstrator for Roland/BOSS and an online educator for platforms like JTC Guitar.
