Dave Brons is a British musician, composer, and virtuoso guitarist who famously walked away from a regular career in 2015 to pursue composing and performing full-time. His breakthrough onto the international progressive music radar came after placing in the Top 16 worldwide in the prestigious *Guitar Idol* competition. Fueled by this momentum, Brons launched a crowdfunding campaign to record his debut album, setting early milestones for independent guitar-driven projects.
Brons' signature artistic vision centers around crafting vast alternative cinematic soundtracks for J.R.R. Tolkien’s legendarium (Arda), translating the topography, lore, and emotional depth of Middle-earth into progressive rock masterpieces. His sophomore record, Not All Those Who Wander Are Lost (2020), brought him widespread global acclaim across the US, Europe, and Japan, earning a top-10 placement in *Prog* magazine's Unsigned Artist category.

Frodo is called to the council of Elrond where dwarves, men, elves and wizards must decide what to do with the enemy’s ring. He sees that the power that he has brought with him will tear the council apart. Frodo, in his weakness, can do what the mighty cannot. He can carry the ring into the heart of the black lands with no fear that he will establish himself as a great power in opposition to them.
And so, in the bravest, most self-sacrificial act of the story, Frodo makes his heart-breaking pronouncement: “I will go, though I do not know the way.”
