🇺🇸 Alex Cordo is one of those stylists with a unique sound that can be identified in just a few notes, as shown through his two solo albums "Classics" and "Origami". Today at the command of The Electric Barock Quartet, a guitar quartet with which he arranges and interprets classic pieces in a metal esthetic, he perfectly distills this sometimes haunting, sometimes explosive guitar playing. "De l'aube et du soir" (From dawn and evening), the track he wrote for the 4th opus of United Guitars highlights his qualities as a musician, with in addition a cool post-rock vibe that Mogwaï would not have denied. He shares the solos with Ludovic Egraz and Yann Negrit.
