Juan Carlos Portillo: Shadow of the Snake

Shadow of the Snake. On both equinoxes of every year, the light of the Sun slides down Chichén Itzá largest pyramid stairway projecting a descending giant snake shape. The Mayas believed that this represented the Plumed Serpent, Kukulcán who came from heaven claiming harvesting season had begun.

Juan Carlos Portillo: song for Fender Telecaster 60 Anniversary

I want to dedicate this production to my dear friend Steve Schwerin from Canada, rest in peace, brother, wherever you are.
-BITTERSWEET CANDY APPLE- This is my first try with my new Fender Telecaster 60th Anniversary Edition MIM. This is my first attempt, also, with Adobe After Effects software. The music took 3 days to make it, the video edition 2 months... Thanks, Ramón Ayanagui for all your support with the software.

Hope you like it!

Juan Carlos Portillo: Bohemian Rhapsody-Symphonic!

Juan Carlos Portillo:
This is dedicated to all the children who got stuck in London last April because of the Iceland Volcano.... A funny version of the Queen's classical "Bohemian Rhapsody", introducing my daughter Danny (only 13 years old) at the piano. Choirs made with EastWest's Symphonic Choirs.

O mundo é ainda muito pequeno... Seis músicos, quatro países, dois continentes, o trabalho duro, muito amigável.
Obrigado amigos pelo apoio, por seus esforços, por sua amizade, suas idéias, seu tempo e talento.
