Hey, I really hope you enjoy my solo to the excellent track 'Torn' by Milan Polak.

I am very grateful to him for the opportunity to enter this competition and my only hope is that you like what I have done. Even if I don't win I really enjoyed writing a solo to the backing track because I was able to convey the emotion that I felt from listening to the original track with the poetic melancholy lyrics.

I felt it was important to keep the feel of the track in my solo and not 'shred' over it.. if you want to hear any of that please feel free to check out my other videos on my channel.

Recorded with Kodak Zi6 with inbuilt mic in the spare room so sound quality is ok.
