Chris Poland's OHM have a forthcoming third studio effort, tentatively titled "Circus of Sound", which is expected to arrive in early 2008. According to a press release, the new material is being described as "slightly heavier, but still very much still uniquely OHM:" Song titles set to appear on the CD include "Circus of Sound", "DD214", "Leap of Faith", "The Black Hand", "YDK", "Steps from Home", "Pan" and "Mr. Brown". Art for the album is being handled by Skip Snyder, who also created the artwork for "Return to Metalopolis - Live", a live recording from the 1991 tour to support Poland's legendary instrumental heavy metal recording "Return to Metalopolis" (1990, Enigma Records).

Chris Poland will release the "Return to Metalopolis - Live" CD in 2007 on Lion Music. The disc will feature unreleased studio and live tracks from this era of Chris' career as well as video footage. Also Chris Poland's band OHM: have announced the following dates:

OHM have been in the studio recording the follow-up to "Amino Acid Flashback". Kofi Baker and Joel Taylor are sharing drum recording. "Amino Acid Flashback" was released by Blacknote Records in October 2005.

Background:
Chris Poland, started playing in high school in Dunkirk, New York in the rock/jazz band called Welkin.
Chris Poland recorded two albums with Megadeth; Killing Is My Business... And Business Is Good! (1985) and Peace Sells... But Who's Buying?(1986).
He produced the critically acclaimed "Return to Metalopolis" in 1990, a fusion/metal . Later he created the band called Damn The Machine. His current project is a band called OHM.
In 2004, Poland performed the guitar solos on the Megadeth record The System Has Failed. Poland also performed a solo on the instrumental title-track on the Lamb of God album "Ashes of the Wake"
