Background:
Misa Micevski (pronounced something like Misha Michewsky) is a guitar player from Belgrade, Serbia. He started with music when he was 6 playing an accordion. He had a private teacher and until the age of 13 and attended a number of schools of music. Soon , however he discovered the guitar and have spent years learning how to play and how to express himself.

Misa Micevski influences include: John McLaughlin and Allan Holdsworth.

After many years of playing, composing and performing with various artists Misa has finally released his debut album "TWO SHORES". Due to many recent difficulties in his home land this project has been delayed almost for a decade!

Misa Micevski draws his musical concepts from players like John McLaughlin, Allan Holdsworth, Pat Metheny, Chick Corea, Joe Zawinul and Michael Brecker. The music on "TWO SHORES" contains intricate harmonic, melodic and rhythmic structures and shimmering guitar harmony layers with powerful lead sounds. The music is performed as a trio with some added guitar synths textures. Musician featured on this album are Srdjan Milacic on bass guitar and Dusan Novakov on drums .
