Ideas played rhythmically to a groove on an Am7 vamp.I have used the Am,Bm and Em pentatonics all over the fretboard with intervals and a few passing notes to make transitions. Also played the Cmajor,Gmajor scales,A melodic minor and the F#m7b5 arp,to add a few more sounds.It almost approaches a space where anything goes.But try to play some relevant chord tones on the strong beats and faff on the weak beats.The intervallic sounds on the pentatonics here are mostly fifths.Towards the end of the video I take my time getting to my phone which plays the loop and you can clip that audio of that loop and use it to play your ideas.Hope you find this stuff easy to apply.
