This solo/etude contains lines, phrases & harmony that will show you how to make a basic II,V,I,VI progression sound less like a typical II,V,I,VI. F Ma7/A (sub for D-7) Db/Cb (sub for G7 alt) Gmaj7/C (sub for C Major 7) & Fadd9/C# (sub for A7 alt)
For the solo tone I used a Vemuram Jan Ray through a Rivera era Princeton with a Celestian Cream Back speaker.
For fun I included the raw camera audio captured in the room before pre production.
What you see is what you get :)
I usually record the performance DI with a plug-in & then re-amp the tone through a real amp later.
