Tory Slusher: That's Sus

.... this is more of a modern jazz tune, something NYC flavored, possibly... It features a type of bebop swing playing that focuses on playing over fixed tonal centers that's also dissonant, so basically blurring the inside / outside line, as it were.... simultaneously free sounding while at the same time, still technically "inside". Contrasting that with a unique melody (and counter melodies) alongside a more tonal second section... etc. fun for the whole fam. Oh yeah, the drum solo's are on the Yamaha FGDP 30 fingerdrumming pad, fyi.
