I decided that the image stabilisation was not required as it appears the camera is on a stand. Stabilisation considerably extends processing time. I also did not use movement deblur. The upscale from 640 x 480, may be it wasn't the original size? Next run is to upscale to 4K using Topaz video AI. Subsequent audio and video processing in Vegas Pro, white balance and film look and minor audio enhancement. It also considerably reduces the output file for uploading to YouTube.
