Kiko Loureiro: announces new single incoming

"Out of Nothing" shows you the first glimpse of my upcoming sixth studio album, which has been in the works since 2023 with all guitar tracks wrapped up by 2024. With a Black Sabbath inspired opening riff that pays homage to my metal influences, the track winds its way into a hypnotic arpeggiated verse, layered with a Brazilian baião groove. This eventually builds into a chorus filled with ambiguous major-minor melodies. Next up, a shred-heavy, classical explosion of arpeggios that puts technicality front and center. It’s a song that captures the pulse of the album: heavy, precise, and unapologetically melodic. The title "Out of Nothing" refers to our inherent creative power, where thoughts and ideas emerge spontaneously, without a direct prompt or command—exactly how this song came to life... For this track I had the pleasure of once again counting on the incredible talent of my friends Felipe Andreoli on bass and Bruno Valverde on drums. "Out of Nothing" was produced by Adair Daufembach and mixed and mastered by Jacob Hansen, with artwork by Gustavo Sazes.
